However, many of our customers need onsite service including installation, configuration, and upgrading of desktop and laptop computers.There will be opportunities to learn new things every day. This fast-paced industry never has a boring day as long as you are open to new challenges and opportunities. This position requires a strong ability to complete technical tasks and communicate them effectively to customers. However, as a high-skilled position, our Computer Technicians must meet the following prerequisite qualifications:- Experience Installing and Configuring Desktop Computers
- Design & Architecture Knowledge Best Practices Recommendations, Performance Tuning, Management, and Administration
- Email Accounts, Distribution Group Support, and Troubleshooting Experience
- Knowledge of MS Windows Server and MS Active Directory
- Knowledge of DNS and Naming Standards
- Working Knowledge of Email Archive Technologies
- Good Knowledge of Networking Concepts
