We are looking to add passionate full-time
Bilingual Warehouse Managers (Mandarin and English) to our team.Responsibilities:- Manage a warehouse team efficiently and maintain high work efficiency.- Ensure all associates follow policies and rules including health and safety rules.-Process orders including Filled By Amazon (FBA) shipments, truck load shipments, UPS, FedEx and more.-Monitor pricing from different carriers and control budget.- Comply with health and safety legislation and maintain a safe working environment.- Utilize WMS and ERP systems and ensure all inventory data is accurate and up to date in these systems- Liaise with transport companies, suppliers and clients- Maintain statistical and financial records- Meet delivery deadlines- Oversee transportation to and from the warehouses- Keep the warehouse secure Qualifications:- 2+ years of management experience in warehouses- Fluent in both Mandarin and English- Ability to train, coach and mentor warehouse associates- Be able to multitask- Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments- Strong problem-solving skills- Efficient with WMS and ERP systems Related keywords: warehouse manager, warehouse, warehouse supervisor, manager, supervisor, logisticsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:- 401(k)
