Job Description
We are currently seeking a full time upbeat, teachable, appointment setter/ administrative assistant. You will be booking client appointments, handling initial interviews, pre screening job applicants and working with new hire on-boarding for the life insurance industry.
Responsibilities
Fast track new recruits
Manage tasks for recruited agents
Post ads & Respond to interested recruits
Train new agents and provide training materials
Qualifications
Friendly, informative, outgoing, and welcoming personality
High school diploma
Prior experience in customer service or related field
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
