Server Assistant/Host

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Server Assistant/Host. Ability to move quickly, deal with high volume sales and have a friendly, courteous and positive attitude a must.

Clear, reset tables and maintain a clean dining room. Polish silverware, glasses, stock supplies. Communicate clearly & enjoy interacting with customers. Ability to answer phones and take reservations in a professional manner.

We are looking for Tuesday-Saturday evening availability

Minimum 1 year experience in a high volume, fine dining Italian/ French restaurant, preferred

Italian and French wine & food knowledge a plus!

Able to work under pressure with grace
