Listing/Sales Coordinator - Real Estate

We are searching for an organized and detailed-oriented person for a key role in our Chippewa Valley sales office in Eau Claire. The listing and marketing coordinator position is responsible for entering property listings and changes in the system. This role will be coordinating our social media accounts and office marketing as well as a variety of administrative duties to support agents, staff and management. The schedule is 24 to 29 hours during the week.

Job Description

Perform data input functions, process real estate information and maintain MLS listings and sales records. Verify information with sales associates to ensure accurate listings.

Provide administrative support: answer phones, greet visitors, schedule appointments, process earnest money, maintain office appearance and equipment.

Prepare and provide social media advertising, print advertising, marketing letters and marketing materials for office promotions.

May serve as back-up to other office staff.

Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Office products. Comfortable with the Internet and e-mail usage.

Effective oral and written communication skills with an excellent customer-service focus.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail; high degree of accuracy.

Knowledge of real estate, title and/or mortgage business preferred, but not required.
