Answer customer phone calls in a courteous manner

Assist all walk-in customers in a courteous manner and expedite their orders

Create sales orders and invoices in a timely manner

Resolve Customer complaints in a courteous manner

Must maintain knowledge of most of the company's products (3,000+ sku)

Additional responsibilities to be discussedRequirements:

MUST have a flexible schedule and MUST be able to work on Saturdays.

MUST be customer oriented and have a friendly disposition

Must have Customer Service experience.

Experience using Mas90/Sage100 preferred but not required.

Data Entry experience required

Must be responsible and detail oriented.

Must be able to work fast and accurately and have the ability to multitask.

Must be able to prioritize work load and problem solve.

Good written and verbal communication skills

Must be able to type at an average/fast speed (35 to 40+ wpm)

Must have a Guam Drivers License and reliable transportation

Must have a High School diploma or GED certificate.
