Landscape Project Manager

Alabama Lawn Masters, a large lawn and landscape company in Huntsville, is looking for a Landscape Project Manager. We are looking for someone with 5 plus years of landscape construction experience. Must have extensive knowledge of hardscapes, irrigation, grading, plant ID, and blue print take offs. A successful Project Manager delivers multiple projects simultaneously adhering to promised schedules, at planned gross profit, while giving attention to detail as well as holding our crews to our quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Conduct pre-construction meetings with clients to select hardscaping materials, plants, etc.

Oversee landscape jobs in progress.

Handle change orders once a project is underway and make design revisions as needed.

Communicate with clients throughout the project to keep them updated, address issues, etc.

Must be well spoken, computer literate, and willing to work hard to ensure that all jobs get completed. Must be able to instruct employees on the proper ways to operate all types of landscape equipment such as, skid steer, excavator, trencher, mini skid steer, dump truck, truck and trailer, saws, and hand tools. Must have clean driving record and be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
