• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Dynatrace creating alerts and dashboards
• 3+ year experience in a software development or software support role
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills required
• Diverse and hands-on engineering skills to troubleshoot and implement new capabilities end-to-end, with excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
