VDI Support Technician One-Year Project Juno Beach, FL Remote until the company begins to return to the office. Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in an enterprise environment and supporting call center technologies
  • Strong technical experience and working knowledge and understanding of the entire OSI model
  • Technical skills dealing with MS Windows 10, Office 365, and Active Directory
  • MUST have strong experience using and understanding VDI, prefer VM Horizons
  • Must have CISCO IPC solution experience
  • ServiceNow experience
  • Workstation and laptop hardware components experience with Dell, Client, & Lenovo preferred
  • Capable of utilizing diagnostic tools to troubleshoot computer / network issues
  • Expertise in Microsoft Windows troubleshooting and configuration
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to drive teams on technical issues resolutions
  • Experience with technical analytical reporting with Excel and Power BI
  • 4-year college diploma or university degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience desired
