Automation and Release Engineers Job DescriptionCoStar Realty Information, Inc. seeks Automation and Release Engineers to execute test plans for proprietary CoStar real estate software applications and user interfaces user PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and Angular.js. Execute test plans to ensure product functionality that span database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, browser testing, and usability. Analyze product design and participate in development of functional requirements and the identification of potential issues of software functionality. Leverage technologies in an Agile environment to test and analyze real estate software applications based upon predefined planning, coordination, and launch of business requirements. Implement software application testing to verify features are delivered to end users according to predefined business requirements. Implement automated quality assurance direct testing for development and functionality of software applications, using Selenium with C#, and .NET framework and/or Java with Cucumber framework.Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with software design, development, testing, and implementation. Experience must include a minimum of: 1 year of experience with QA Automation; 1 year of experience with shell scripting; 1 year of experience with code review; 1 year of experience with gathering and analyzing technical requirements; 1 year of experience with developing fully automated CI/CD systems and pipelines; 1 year of experience with preparing test reports; and 1 year of experience with Acceptance Testing, ADB, Angular.js, Bootstrap, C#, CSS, Git, HTML5, Java, JIRA, J-Meter, RestClient, Selenium, Splunk, SQL, and TFS.Job location: San Francisco, CA.
