Description:This position entails working with the Advanced Analytics product team to perform statistical/machine learning analysis and model development using a variety of techniques and tools, and explore data-related questions and provide insights through the use of applied analytics and artificial intelligence. This is a highly specialized and skilled position. Work Assignments: • Statistical/machine learning analysis and model development using a variety of techniques and tools (primarily Python). • Test driven development in Python. • Analytic use case development. • Advanced interactive data visualization development (e.g. Matplotlib, ggplot2, Seaborn, Plotly, Bokeh). • Code and data management. A competitive candidate MUST have the following: • Demonstrated professional experience with statistical analysis and machine learning model development. • Strong quantitative formal education (BS, but preferably a graduate degree) in statistics, mathematics, data analytics, or a comparable field. • Proven high-level ability to interpret and communicate statistical results effectively to business in formal technical reports, presentations, and verbally. • Ability to effectively communicate to both business and technical resources at all levels of the organization (written and verbal) • Be an idea person.
