Job DescriptionSeeking a leader - Senior Mechanical Engineer opportunity open in Montana!This position will work innovatively and collaboratively with the firm's full service Buildings Market Group. Our team approach to buildings and structures promises to deliver final projects that are coordinated, cost-effective, sustainable solutions that will meet the needs of our clients for the long-term.Project Types: Airports, Higher Education, K-12 Education, Municipal, Healthcare, Government, Hospitality, and Mining. Designing, planning, scheduling, conducting and/or coordinating detailed phases of studies, investigations, and preparation of contract documents for HVAC and plumbing systems, energy studies/improvements, sustainable design elements and other components for buildings and facilities. Tasks may include load calculations, site inspections and punch lists, coordination of REVIT model / ceilings and backgrounds with architect, responses to Request For Information from the contractors, assembly and editing of construction specifications, drafting of as-built drawings for record, and design and construction meetings with owner's, architects, and contractors. Project management, client service and team leadership skills are fundamental to the firm's daily environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 7 years' experience, preferably in Architectural Engineering industry. A professional engineering (PE) license is required. Experience with REVIT/BIM, AutoCAD, and LEED certification are a plus. Must have a valid driver license and insurable driving record.
