Salesforce Administrator- New York Digital advertising company seeking a collaborative and experienced

Salesforce Administrator to work in an agile work environment amongst a small team of administrators.

Roles/Responsibilities:As the

Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for determining and solving for internal operational deficiencies within the Salesforce (SFDC) application, while working collaboratively with all client-facing teams within the organization. You will be the subject matter expert and go-to person for all things Salesforce.
  • You will determine the best solution to create operational efficiencies across teams within the organization
  • Work with stakeholders to define user stories and process flow enhancements for each team
  • Attend meetings with the stakeholders over various roles and present new features to the teams
  • Collaborate with team members to test and UAT projects to secure proper releases and adoption

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Salesforce (SFDC) Administrator experience-preferably in online media
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
  • SFDC Administrator Certification
  • Experience working with Salesforce ETL applications such as DataLoader, DemandTools, and Jitterbit
  • Master of SFDC configuration components such as workflow, process, builder, and lightening flow
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey issues clearly and make points concisely
