RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior CRM Solutions Consultant in Hartford, CT.Position Description:We're seeking for a result oriented Senior CRM Solution Consultant with excellent knowledge on leading CRM platforms in the market. The person will act like a true consultant and invest time to understand customer requirements, perform due analysis, compare the CRM solutions offerings against the requirements, come up with solution recommendations, implementation plan and implements the solution. The person should be an excellent team player with customer first mindset.Responsibilities: Leading sessions to understand customer CRM needs, come up with solution recommendations, solution design, cost estimates, implements the solution and provide support Follow the agile/scrum methodology to manage the projects Create standard offerings on the CRM solutions and work with customer to explain the benefits to them Display attention to detail in executing, reviewing the quality standards and coach team members on the implementation journeyREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, and/or Salesforce.com Certified Developer, Salesforce.com Certified Sales/Service Consultant, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Functional Consultant Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate 8+ years of overall IT experience; Must have gone through an entire SDLC 5+ years of CRM solution evaluation/solution/implementation experience Proven track record of developing and delivering solutions using Salesforce and CRM Dynamics technology-enabled solutions Excellent knowledge in supporting large organizational transformation and improving performance of their key business units (Lead generation, demand generation, sales, marketing, IT and operations) Experience in Salesforce design and solution architecture for Force.com custom applications, Sales Cloud, Communities Utilize functional/technical designs to build out Salesforce solutions in Sales, Service, CPQ, Communities, Billing areas Utilize functional/technical designs to build out Sales, Finance & Operations, Customer Service, Field Services, Marketing solutions using CRM Dynamics Utilize system application implementations, software configurations and other coding in the CRM technological product suites in Salesforce.com; utilize Salesforce design, configuration, integration, and Apex coding and data migration Understand third party integrations, functionality, and impact of these integrations Working knowledge of a SQL products, JIRA/Agile central, SharePoint, Confluence tools, MS-office toolsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
