SNI Technology's client is immediately seeking to hire a Market Research Analyst for an exciting full-time, direct-hire opportunity located in Broomfield, CO. Please be aware that although this position is expected to work 100% remotely upon starting, it could eventually transition into an in-office position in the future.

Market Research Analyst Role: The Marketing Department is looking for a Market Research Analyst to join our team. This position is responsible for uncovering, interpreting and telling the story that lives within the data. Through reporting and analysis, they support the marketing department, senior leadership and the organization in making data driven decisions.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversees 1:1 direct target marketing for promotions and campaigns
  • Establishes goals and objectives for campaigns and promotions
  • Tracks campaigns/promotions for impact and ROI
  • Conducts primary and secondary market research including focus groups, member surveys, marketing audits and competitive analysis
  • Compiles, compares and analyzes membership and market data
  • Manages and maintains the marketing database (MCIF)
  • Conducts annual brand awareness survey
  • Writes monthly reports and presentations on campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives for the marketing department, senior leadership team and board of directors
  • Evaluates demographics, competition, prices, distribution channels and marketing outlets to develop marketing and sales strategies for existing and future products and services
  • Provides market intelligence on industry issues shaping current and future business strategies and initiatives
  • Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends and patterns in complex data sets to develop recommendations to be used in promoting the organization
  • Directs central market research function, anticipates and provides useful market information and establishes standards for research methodology

Job Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • 3-5 years' market research experience
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in managing a complex customer database/software platform
  • Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communications skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong customer service focus

  • Strong analytic, mathematical and statistical skills; ability to extract insights out of complex datasets and fact-bases
  • Experience in the evaluation of marketing assets as well as data/analytical capabilities
  • Understand SQL
  • Experience in the Banking Industry
