A computer software focused company located in Los Angeles is currently looking to bring on a Software Development Manager for a full time role and this will be 100% remote, even after Covid so they're open to candidates in any city in the U.S. You'll be developing in technologies including C#, ASP.NETCore2, MVC, Rest API, AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL and Angular9-10. They're looking for someone who is hands on so this role will be an even split between hands on development, design/architecture and management so 33% each. You'll be in charge of 2-5 people on the team and this role will be 80% backend development and 20% front end development. In terms of the projects, you'll work on B2B software that involves a ton of data and this full time role comes with a 15% bonus, 401K matching, 3 weeks of PTO plus holidays, medical, dental, vision benefits. This role can pay a base of $165K plus a 15% bonus and they're looking for someone who is laid back, likes an extroverted culture and someone who is strong technically! They're also looking for someone who is very strong with architecture. Required Skills & Experience

  • You must be a Lead/Architect now or a Software Engineering Manager
  • Experience with C#, ASP.NET, Rest API, Cloud technologies
  • Any experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Angular is a plus
  • Must be strong with design and architecture
  • Must have some leadership acumen and be willing to do hands on development
  • Someone who is driven, proactive and wants to help people grow!
