Located in either Charlotte, NC or Addison, TX Job Description: This entry level Business Analyst will work in a fast-paced, complex, and challenging Data Science Analytics Platform Services (DSAPS) environment. This role is engaged through all the phases of the agile methodology and Change Management. The ideal candidate is well-versed with agile/Jira, change execution standard requirements. Managed the project life cycle, artifacts approval throughout the change lifecycle align to the tollgate structure (Program Project Risk Tool (PPRT). The candidate will collaborate with project team members to ensure alignment with key project activities to support deliverables are on-track. Facilitate communications regarding change management and championed policy / procedure compliance. Excellent problem solving and attention to detail, able to manage multiple deadlines/projects and keep key players informed. Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize, maintain attention to detail and recognize time constraints. Business Analysts are expected to be self-driven and managed project with minimal support. Required Skills Self-Motivated, Excellent Communication skills, & Expert in requirements gathering Partner with Project team leads to discuss and understand deliverables Responsible to work with all the stakeholders (Line of Business team, Agile team, Development team, Testing team, other back end teams.
