Product Analyst

Job Description Product AnalystFranklin, TN6+ month contract to hire Successful candidate will d evelop scope and define backlog items that guide the Agile software development team. Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience, integration, and dependencies . Work closely with product management and senior management to align product backlog with business and company objectives . Solve product-related problems, making informed decisions to keep on track towards desired business outcomes. Develop appropriately detailed user stories to convey clear understanding of product features to be built . Assess value and prioritize epics and stories to ensure alignment with overall product strategy . Inspect product progress and own accountability for evaluating fitness for release . Define and execute go-to-market plan, ensuring training, marketing, sales, product management, and/or other stakeholders have the information necessary to be successful . Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch Required Skills:

• Successfully pass company and Department of Homeland Security background checks
• Must be U.S. Citizenship (no dual citizenship)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Product Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years' experience as a Scrum Product Owner and/or with Scrum methodologies
• Have strong customer focus and empathy through activities like direct customer observation, interviews, research, customer journey mapping, persona creation, and use case analysis.
• Have quality focus as demonstrated through problem decomposition, acceptance criteria definition, and stakeholder communications.
• Must have Agile methodologies experience
• Experience with Background checks and/or identity establishment
• Must have Product testing and support experience
• Must have technical documentation experience
