Writing skills are also critical.Description:• Project coordinator with solid, basic marketing skills• Own part of the marketing function and the development of content (excellent writing skills and coordination required)• General administrative responsibilities• Ability to locate and solve issues without having it go to a manager• Work with outside agency and edit digital content accordingly• Give feedback and maintain marketing communication materials (online content, email blasts, etc.) around a specific product or category• Project management skills working in a marketing environmentQualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in a marketing or related discipline• 2-3 years of work experience in marketing or advertising role• Generally positive personality and approach in business• High sense of urgency• Extremely detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills• Strong writing skills and a consistent style of writing• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite• Some knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat at a minimum)• Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills• Ability to multitask and strong attention to detailPrimary responsibilities:• Online marketing content: Continuously monitor and check online content for accuracy and update frequently to boost organic search profile• Packaging: Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, this position will manage the portfolio including new artwork and revisions. This also requires tight alignment with PLM and EPM to release for production.• Photography: Working closely with PLM and agency to coordinate photoshoots, provide feedback to agency and maintain and publish photo library.• Retailer Setup: Work with sales to take approved content and setup products in customer vendor management system.• E-Commerce: Work with sales and e-commerce vendor to optimize our platformsSecondary responsibilities:• Assist in maintaining video library• Manage all legal approvals for dept• Assist with developing presentations• Help to manage purchase orders & invoicingApplicants must provide their phone number.
