- 12+ years of experience with End to End development
- Strong development background using Python OR JAVA
- Good analytical, problem solving and debugging skills
- Networking domain knowledge including NFV, SDN
- Good understanding of design patterns
- NSO experience would be added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal (right attitude, ready to Learn, positive approach, accountable, ask for help), written and oral communication skills
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience leading team of 6-8 engineers
- Experience managing customer communication and expectations
- Agile working experience in addition to best engineering practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, management and customers
- Motivated self-starter with a high capacity for rapid learning and meticulous attention to detail
