Description:Our multinational telecommunications client is currently looking to add a Data Privacy Analyst to their growing team on a 100% remote basis. This person will be working with stakeholders in HR, Finance, Salesforce, and Product Management to map data, conduct data protection impact assessments using OneTrust DataGuidance and report back findings. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in helping our client get within compliance with recent privacy laws. Position Details:
- Assisting with privacy compliance projects
- Maintenance of spreadsheets and project work
- Support drafting of privacy notices and policies
- Support review of data privacy impact assessments
- Assist with data mapping
Projects to be executed- Updating processing records
- Data protection impact assessments on different products and services
- This person will need to track down the information internally (ie HR, Finance, SalesForce, Product Managers) and supply it back to outside counsel
Skills:Gdpr, Data, Compliance, Risk management, Business process, Data security, Data sets, Data mapping, Data governance, Audit, OneTrustTop Skills Details: Working knowledge of privacy laws (i.e. GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and their general concepts (i.e. controller, processor, what processing is, what personal data is)Experience conducting privacy assessments and working with business stakeholders to map data sources housing personal informationExperience writing internal and external policies and manuals for data privacy Requirements:- 3+ years' experience in data privacy matters
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of legal aspects of privacy regulations, including the GDPR and HIPAA
- Strong Excel knowledge
