Role:

We are currently searching for a Hotel Manager for our property 'The Hummingbird Inn.' This primary role is responsible for leading a team of front desk associates, house keepers, and maintenance to ensure the daily operations of the hotel run smoothly. Responsibilities include checking in / out guests, managing reservations, responding to guests' requests, creative problem solving [think fast!], working closely with various team members, giving a hand around the property, and the ability to build and maintain professional and meaningful relationships. The hospitality industry is unpredictable as we interact closely with various clientele, so you must enjoy customer relations.

Previous hospitality experience preferred.
