Skills required for this position are:
Comprehensive knowledge- experience of building & carpentry methods, techniques
5 years Lead carpentry/ Project Manager experience
Excellent carpentry and project management skills
Ability to lead and mentor crews & apprentice carpenters
Ability to oversee, manage & schedule subcontractors and suppliers
Detail-oriented, self-starter who consistently meets deadlines with minimal supervision
Must possess own transportation and valid driver's license
Must possess own tools and equip to complete projects
Ability to manage projects in a "hands-on" manner.

Primary work area is Northern Virginia Only.
Full Time Employment with Benefits (mileage, bonus plan, health insurance, life insurance, 401K w/ company match, paid vacation, paid sick leave) 40hrs a week/52 week a year.
