Real Estate Closer

Our growing firm is looking to add a Closer with at least two (2) years of real estate experience working with a residential real estate law firm. This position is a critical role that will assist with all tasks during the real estate closing process. The Closer should know how to accurately prepare preliminary and final title opinions, prepare title policies, review loan documents, and prepare CDs and ALTAs, balance and fund files, and have pre closing and post-closing knowledge.

In addition to experience, the ideal applicant should have strong multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience with multiple daily closings. The applicant should also have the ability to prioritize numerous tasks in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment. The applicant must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team and provide exceptional customer service.
