My client is a nonprofit organization that operates the California Research and Education Network, a high-capacity computer network with more than 8,000 miles of optical fiber. They have an opening for a Manager, Systems Engineering responsible for overseeing the Systems team as they move new technologies and features from conceptual stages to implementation. This group is responsible for designing, building, implementing, and supporting the systems infrastructure used to advance their organizational goals and objectives. Required Skills & Experience

- Experience making architectural and design-related decisions
- A strong track record as both an individual contributor and a manager or technical lead
