Duration: 6 months w/ potential for follow-on work

Role Title: EA Prioritization Framework

Description: This role will focus on supporting the development of a prioritization framework for evaluating systems and applications within the Enterprise Architecture (EA) organization at the clients end. The EA organization has far greater systems and applications than they have time to evaluate. They are seeking someone to develop a standard approach to scoring each system or application in order to prioritize their evaluation workload. The individual will work closely with the client’s team to:
  • Interview Client’s EA Team on their current approach to identifying which applications need to be evaluated
  • Determine objectives for improving current-state processes and define subsequent measures of success
  • Develop a framework (criteria and scoring system) to identify the most high-risk applications (i.e., those that should be prioritized for evaluation, first) in client’s EA portfolio
  • Develop standardized process, narrative, business rules, and guidelines for applying the framework to identify evaluation priorities
  • Work with the EA team to test the prioritization framework on a subset of application and systems as a proof of concept
