Title: Systems Analyst [Oracle HCM, ORC, Taleo, Core HR, Onboarding] (Full-Time) Location: Carson, CA Term: Full-Time (Client will Sponsor) This position will start remote during the COVID-19 crisis, but the expectation would be on-site work in Southern CA, once it is safe to return to work location. - At least two to three implementations and production support: Oracle HCM with TALEO.
- Experience with implementing and supporting Onboarding/offboarding, Oracle HCM with Taleo/ORC (Oracle Recruiting),Core HR, Integrations using Oracle reporting tool, HDL/HSDL, HCM Extract, any Analytics product such as OTBI, OAC, Tableau, Cognos, PowerBI.
- Must be experienced with HCM Cloud application, reporting (OTBI, Oracle SQL, SSIS Package), HCM Extract, page personalization, HDL, HSDL, Fast Formulas, Workflow, Transaction console, Workflows.
- Advise and assist other ERP Application in areas of special knowledge, i.e. Employee self-service, Manager self-service, Reporting and other HR areas.
- Must be experience with providing trainings to end users, prepare user documentation and managing UAT sessions
- Understanding of requirements mgmt., gap analysis, effort estimation, building out as is - to be business process flows, Prepare BRD, functional and technical specs, test scripts.
- Experience with SDLC, Agile Methodology and working experience at large companies
- Experience of working with sourcing vendors/IT partners and remote/offsite employees as well.
- Conduct meetings with client representatives to identify and create functional requirements.
- Conduct meetings with Development Team to document technical design requirements.
- Meet with other members to review completed functional specifications, technical specifications and customizations.
- Perform systems analysis and design activities.
- Determine and resolve application and program problems.
- Assist in the designing custom applications, interfaces, Flow charts, scripts, and its impact on applications, creation and review of test scripts.
- Document meeting minutes, action items, and issues as assigned.
- Requires minimum of 3-5 years professional IT experience. At least 2-3 years of experience supporting HR cloud applications such Oracle HCM cloud, EBS, Workday and any analytics tool using SQL.
- Candidate should be experienced with writing complex SQL.
- Strong analysis skills that have been proven in an application development / ERP implementation environment.
- Ability to identify and understand problems and/or issues and develop solutions.
- Proven ability to meet project deadlines.
- Relevant industry knowledge of widely used systems and subsystems.
- Ability to manage sub-project tasks, deliverables, and milestones.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to present to mid-level management.
- Understanding of the Systems Implementation Life Cycle.
- Proven ability to perform advanced SQL and application specific query skills using various tools.
- Knowledge and understanding of ERP capabilities, tables and development tools
