This is a Contract position and the client is looking for someone to start immediately. Duration: 03 Months Contract with possible extension Location: Remote Role: MS Dynamics Consultant Primary Skills: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Role Description: The MS Dynamics Consultant must have at least 6+ years of experience. The Dynamics Field Service Consultant will lead implementation of a global solution utilizing Dynamics 365/Field Service. In addition to being responsible for solution architecture, you will be responsible for overseeing all project scope-related activities, including gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes. You will work with senior members of the team ensuring the successful delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics based implementation. You will apply functional knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform in defining user stories and shaping the solution. Key Responsibilities: - Work with the project team to gather the business and functional requirements, by scoping defining, and prioritizing requirements. - Mapping functional requirements to Dynamics features and functionality. - Architect a Dynamics-based solution to meet documented requirements. - Work with developers to transform new requirements into design and implementation. - Oversee business analysts to ensure requirements are properly documented and tested, appropriate training materials are developed, and training/support is provided to end users. Required Skills: - At least 6 years of experience with Dynamics/CRM, with specific experience implementing Field Service module. - Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics architecture, configuration, and implementation including ability to integrate with external systems. - Experience leading Dynamics implementation teams/efforts from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, and go-live. - Project lead experience on Dynamics implementation projects. - Experience working in an Agile Software Development Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.
