Salesforce Business Analyst/ Consultant- Boston, Massachusetts The ideal candidate will be taking on the responsibility of being the main point of contact between the technical salesforce team and stakeholders. This individual should have excellent communication skills. Capable of speaking out in daily meetings with clients and Team members.

• Gather Business requirements and convert them to technical requirements.

• Leads the team through entire life cycles
• Understands all phases of SDLC (Project Design, Development, Testing, implementation, Deployment, and maintenance)
• Delivers gap analysis, targeted cost, timescale, and quality parameters periodically throughout lifecycle of project.

• Salesforce certification

• or
• PMP Certification (preferred)
• 5+ years of Salesforce Experience
• Project Management Skills (Agile, Waterfall and Scrum)
• Experience with Agile Methodologies

• Expert in Sales, Marketing, and Financial Services Cloud
