Resource Deployment Manager

Location: Johns Creek, GA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Resource Deployment Manager JOB TITLE Resource Deployment Manager (RDM) Analyst I Bachelors' degree or equivalent work experience 0-2 years in related discipline DESIRED SKILLS: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in consulting Experience in project management JOB DUTIES: The focus is on the growth and development of the Professional Services organization. The focus of the RDM Analyst position requires that the individual support the Resource Manager who is the liaison among the Professional Services organization Delivery Leaders as it relates to resourcing across all work. The Resource Manager also works directly with Talent Acquisition and HR to facilitate appropriate staffing across the department based on aggregate understanding of project requirements. The Resource Manager must also ensure that project resourcing is managed in order to assure timely delivery and must communicate to appropriate Project Managers resourcing issues that may impact scheduled deadlines. It is also required that this position enforce company processes by utilizing and requesting all Project Managers use proper procedures when requesting resources You will be focused on learning and developing resource allocation skills, professionalism, and comfortable with collaboration. Project Resource Provisioning - Receives direction on resource assignments from RDM and then provisions them within the various systems System Resource Assignments - provisions resources within the various PS systems for active engagements System & Project Support - is first level of support for PS resources for issues related to systems. Headcount Analysis - provide support to RDM regarding the analysis of new headcount requests. Assist Resource Manager with reporting and validation of data (i.e. utilization reporting) Support initiatives towards building and maintaining a skilled workforceEDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelors' degree or equivalent work experience 0-2 years in related discipline LOGISTICS: Standard Business Hours (9-5) Contact: This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
