UCCR manages non-profit camps, conference and retreat centers located in some of the most beautiful settings across the United States.

Outside Linwood, we are honored to be managing the beautiful Tall Oaks Camp & Conference Center.

RETREAT STAFF / HOUSEKEEPING / KITCHEN WORKERS who need a good part-time job…year ‘round.

If you enjoy providing excellent guest service but don’t want to be stuck behind a desk, this may be the job for you. If you are a college student, semi-retired or simply want to be paid to do a good job for our guests, you really should send us your resume. Rather than being stuck in one department, you can be involved in:

HOUSEKEEPING: sleeping and meeting area preparation; cleaning guest areas; responding to guest housekeeping requests.

FOOD SERVICE: assisting in meal preparation, kitchen area and dining room cleanup.

YOUR SKILLS & INTERESTS can be some combination of:

Housekeeping/ Janitorial

Food Service

In-person Customer Service

General Grounds & Building Maintenance

THE HOURS & PAY

Starting pay is $11/hour-$14/hour DOE skills.

Variable hours depending on business level.

Workdays are spread across Monday through Sunday.

Shifts are a combination of early mornings and mid-day start times.

Staff meals are often available.
