CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION at FBI/NICS

Computer World Services is actively filling both FULL AND PART TIME Customer Service positions at our call center in Barbourville, KY.

Responsibilities include:

Answering incoming phone calls

Providing accurate information to callers

Provide excellent customer service

Perform some clerical duties as assigned

Requirements include:
