Werres is searching for a Warranty and Billing Administrator to be located in the Frederick, MD area.

The Warranty and Billing Administrator will coordinate the manufacturer warranty program and fleet billing for the Service Department as well as provide secondary support to the Service Coordinators and Service Management.

If you have warranty administration or billing experience with a heavy equipment or automotive dealership, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Work with Service Department team and technicians to qualify warranty repairs and follow through the claim process.

Prepare claims according to the manufacturers’ warranty guidelines.

Maximize available billing.

Intercede with the manufacturer on customer’s behalf on questioned warranty issues.

Initiate and implement parts return procedures involving technicians and warehouse personnel.

Work with accounting to keep warranty and fleet billing A/R accounts current.

Be aware of repetitive problems and initiate action with appropriate parties with regard to issues that may be under warranty and finding supporting information to get an exception claim paid.

Process warranty tech reports and disruption reporting flow.

Coordinate manufacturer assigned warranty projects.

Entry and maintenance of new equipment installations and warranty registrations.

Entry of all Fleet billing into Raymond SAP system.

Serve as backup for other members of the Service administrative team, as needed.
