Job Description

  • Implement Little Learners curriculum and data tracking with feedback from the Director – ABA Delivery.
  • In collaboration with BCBAs, assess and process potential BYS Academy clients and establish them in the BYS Academy program.
  • Work in conjunction with ABA Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Operations Team and Director – ABA Delivery to develop, grow and maintain the scheduled program while ensuring collaboration between disciplines.
  • Responsible for training and ongoing support for Lead Facilitators and Behavior Technicians participating in BYS Academy.
  • Develop BYS Academy parent involvement programs.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Provide assigned targeted caseload hours per week of direct therapy (may be flexible as applicable), treatment planning, consultations, and coaching per week, while maintaining timely professional documentation of clinical notes for direct patient care provided.
  • Ensure completion and quality of documentation for all pre-authorizations, initial evaluations, assessments, insurance reports and progress reports.
  • Supervise BCBAs within the Little Learner program in collaboration with Director – ABA Delivery.
  • Responsible for making decisions regarding hiring, promotions, salary adjustments, discipline, and any other changes of employee status.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree required in relevant field from an accredited University.
  • National Certification by Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Must be a BACB Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a BCBA (preferred).
  • Ability to lead a team and supervise therapists.
  • CPR/First Aid Certified preferred or will train on site.
  • CPI Certified preferred or will train on site.
  • Familiarity with relevant diagnostic tools and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain quality, safety and infection control standards
  • Knowledge of sensory and behavioral strategies.
  • Must possess strong communications and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently with changing priorities and deadlines, from remote location(s).
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, execute on deadlines and produce high quality deliverables with attention to details.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Uphold and maintain BYS core principles, policies and procedures.
