This position provides administrative support to our Accounting Department. This position also provides support to the other members of the administrative and management team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Invoicing
Creating positive relationships and open lines of communication with customers
Tracking and organizing documentation
Faxing, scanning and emailing communication and billing
Deposit reconciliation
Managing customer data spreadsheets for tracking
Provide support to the other members of the office
Answering phones
HR data collection and tracking
This position is 20-30 hours per week. This position is either fully in-office or a hybrid of in-office/remote.
Requirements for this position are:
High school degree or equivalent required
College courses on accounting, billing or similar field preferred, but not required
Basic knowledge of Quickbooks, Word and Excel required
Light accounting experience preferred, but not required
Must be detailed oriented and an effective communicator
Must have reliable form of transportation
