We are currently looking for Full Time Customer Service Representatives in our beautiful location at 240 New State Highway, Raynham, MA.
Description: Completes various office support functions in the day to day retail store operations.
Responsibilities:
Processing cash, check, and credit card payments
Balancing a cash drawer
Applying customers for in-store financing accounts
Quality control checking and editing salespeople's work, as needed
Giving customers receipts and explaining company policies
Checking stock and ETAs on incoming merchandise shipments
Running reports to check on back-ordered goods and orders with balances due on them
Being proactive in informing customers of issues with their orders
Answering incoming calls and directing them to appropriate personnel
Scheduling deliveries
Filing paperwork
Clerking accessories, such as lamps and paintings
Performing all duties in a safe manner and maintaining a neat work area free from potential hazards at all times
Maintaining a professional and courteous manner with all employees, visitors, and/or customers
Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Operating all company equipment in a safe and proper manner
All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School diploma
Comfort with computers and data entry
Attention to detail
Ability to interact professionally with the public
Ability to multi-task
Basic math skills
Working weekends
Preferred:
Experience with DOS-based operating systems
