Job duties include:

- Assisting customers on the phone and through email;

- Customer job organization and tracking;

- Assisting prospective customers, informing them about our products and, helping them make an informed decision about purchasing;

- Customer billing;

- Creating and following up on sales leads;

- Marketing and social media projects.

The right candidate will be:

- Organized and detail oriented;

- Friendly and well spoken;

- Able to work independently and as a team member;

- Experienced with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office products.

Office experience in the construction industry is a plus

This is a part-to-full time position. Pay is based on experience.
