Customer Support Technician

Responsibilities

70% – Directly responding to client support request via phone, chat, and email.

30% – Review new software releases and provide feedback to Development and Quality Assurance.

Verify releases using multiple platforms, log any defects found, and answer questions from developers and QA as needed.

Requirements

1 year of customer support experience.

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

High School Diploma/GED.

Preferred

Experience providing technical support via phone, chat, and email.

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Basic working knowledge of different operating systems including Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Chrome OS.

Software testing experience.

Basic SQL knowledge.

Experience working with CSV files.
