Due to COVID19 prevention protocol, this position is entirely remote until further notice. The ability to work successfully on a remote basis is necessary.

Position

We're currently seeking creative problem solvers with a passion for providing excellent service to join our Customer Relations team. Each member of the team is fully committed to the Cat5 mission to provide a best-in-class experience to our many thousands of customers. We're searching for the next rock-star associate who will match our enthusiasm and diligence.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who consistently exercises good judgement and a dedication to providing our customers with the very best that we have to offer. With a clear, pleasant voice and welcoming disposition, they will respond to a high volume of incoming calls to our customer service lines, as well as providing assistance via live chat and email correspondence. A copious notetaker, they accurately document customer interactions for future reference. They are skilled at prioritizing tasks and responding to a variety of questions and requests within a timely manner. An excellent communicator and team player, they aren't afraid to ask questions, share ideas, or discuss trends/patterns that they have spotted.

Duties

Provide accurate, friendly and efficient service to customers via phone, email and live chat

Deliver outstanding customer service, owning the role of Brand Ambassador and serving on the front line of support to a wide variety of customers

Communicate effectively with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve errors

Respond to a high volume of calls each day while demonstrating a patient and helpful demeanor

Accurately enter and update customer order, billing, and shipping information across a variety of systems

Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results while managing multiple tasks

Team contributor who works to consistently meet and exceed team goals, and

individual contributor who successfully manages their day to day work independently

Superb critical thinking and problem solving skills

Regular attendance and punctuality

Tech savvy with working knowledge of Google Apps

Proficient and accurate keyboarding skills

Adaptable and comfortable working within an atmosphere prone to rapid change and development

Major Pluses

Prior customer service or retail experience

Familiarity with the online shopping process and experience

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP software
