Looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, skilled person to jump in and learn the details of our multifaceted, industry specific company.

Job duties to include: bookkeeping, data entry, scheduling and customer service.

Applicant should be skilled in computer use and completely proficient in Office productivity software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to learn other applications. Knowledge of and experience with Quickbooks is a necessity.

Applicant must be dependable, reliable and exhibit a calm, professional demeanor. Applicant also must have excellent organization and planning skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail along with a general knowledge of administrative, clerical procedures and accounting, business principles.

Position will start as part time with at least 20 hours per week and increasing through the summer. The right person will easily be full time and running their own office within 6-9 months as knowledge of the business and industry expands.

Wage DOE starting 15.00-18.00 per hour
