Hire Type: Permanent / Full Time or Contract (6 Months+) Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote till Covid 19) Required Skills: 10 years of experience with different networking Voice technologies including Cisco UCS, Cisco CUCM, UCCX, CUC, Cisco Attendant Experience with Zoom phones Expert Knowledge and experience in handling Cisco IPT telephony issues, troubleshooting, administration, configuration and implementations Excellent understanding of VoIP network architecture, products, protocols, and solutions and Cisco Telephony Well Versed and experienced in Cisco Jabber and IP Communicator Support Experience serving in the capacity of a Technical Solutions Engineer in a Contact Center environment, or equivalent, relevant experience Knowledge and demonstrated operating experience in the following areas of specialization: Voice, Video, Mobile Communications, Paging Systems, E911 support CCNA/CCNP Certification. - Soumen Mondal
