Location: Mountain View, CA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager II Title: Project Manager Ii Duration: 12+ months (Extendable) Location : Mountain View, CA (remote till COVID19) Project Overview:
- Project manage various design projects by working closely with cross-functional internal teams such as Industrial Design, CMF, UX Design, Product Management and Marketing.
- Coordinate timely and reasonable feedback cycles with Design leads for all assets.
- Assist in providing notes, markups, supporting imagery for the ID leads.
- Update and maintain the current file structure system for revision tracking
- model identification and tracking, file tracking and stakeholder distro lists
- Daily check in with lead PGM on requests and outstanding issues with schedule or production
- Maintain Smartsheet tracker for all team projects.
- Update and Maintain North Star Decks for imagery for each Product
- Maintain a file structure system in sheets for revision tracking
- model identification per model as well as stakeholder distro lists
- Maintain Drive folders for ingest and distribution.
- Provide clear communication to the Lead PGM and proactively track actions, milestones, and deliverables, identify and address risks and issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate timely and reasonable feedback cycles with the Industrial Design leads for all assets.
- Assist in providing notes, markups, supporting imagery for the work streams.
- Actively communicate any changes in schedule or revisions to all internal + external partners where applicable to their work.
- BA degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of project or program management experience
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Able to work in an agile environment
- able to pivot as priorities change
- Proactive- Identifies risks and gaps, and present solutions
- Experienced in testing software and/or hardware
- Experienced in writing documentation for wide audiences of various technical levels
- Quick Learner; Self-Motivated
