Job DescriptionWhy is this role critical?The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for hiring top talent to sustain and grow the org and is critical to our hiring and People and Culture strategy. The position owns full lifecycle recruiting for a high-volume of all levels of positions from front line staff to executive leadership. This role is a strategic partner to our business leaders and works to forecast staffing needs, design creative sourcing strategies to recruit top talent, and manage the hiring processes from initiating searches to offer acceptance.What you will be accountable for

  • Identify and source top talent as a part of our recruiting team.
  • Experience managing up to 30-40 openings at one time
  • Partner with leadership to understand strategic business objectives and organizational design in order to develop strategies that will meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Create job requisitions and gain appropriate approvals to fill positions.
  • Create and execute on leading edge sourcing strategies.
  • Identify, pre-screen, and qualify candidates for in-person interviews.
  • Utilize and manage the resources necessary to accomplish recruiting goals and objectives including gathering and preparing documentation with regards to all candidate interactions.
  • Document all recruitment related activity in accordance with the established expectations and maintain applicant tracking database for reporting purposes.
  • Manage the interview process and maintain relationships through continuous written and oral communication with managers and candidates.
  • Provide coaching and training to Hiring Mangers related to effective interviewing and selection practices
  • Following established service levels to maintain exceptional client service, meet the needs of Hiring Managers and create a best in class candidate experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest sourcing and recruiting methods/technologies.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for recruiting and retention system and operational quality improvements.
  • Improve organization attractiveness by keeping abreast of industry trends, compensation packages, and best practices.
  • Work with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and Compensation Team to create strategic closing plans, negotiate compensation packages, and present offers to sign top candidates.
  • Collaborate with other internal recruiters on recruiting best practices, sourcing, and client collaboration.
  • Build relationships, obtain referrals, and maintain a talented pipeline of candidates.
  • Assist in training and ongoing mentorship of Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent, and identification of top performers.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
What you will need to be successful in this role
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or experience in lieu of degree
  • 6 - 8 years of experience in corporate recruiting or staffing firm recruiting
  • Experience using an applicant tracking and HRIS systems; experience using iCIMS is required
  • Ability to work independently, be flexible to a changing environment, and thrive in a high recruitment volume role
  • Ability to be proactive and a forward thinker
  • Strong attention to detail, planning, and organization skills
  • Great teamwork and positive attitude
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • High-volume recruiting experience
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Suite include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
