  • Experience in KAFKA Administration (Good if they have worked on confluent versions)
  • Hands on experience with different ingestion patterns
    • Database (Full & Incremental using readymade and custom connectors)
    • Files (Full & Incremental using readymade and custom connectors)
    • API (Bulk and transaction)
    • Custom connectors
  • Experience in cluster setup, tuning, taking care of redundancy
  • Kafka best practices
  • Good communication skills
