Role Summary/Purpose: As part of Loop's New Initiatives and Strategic Partnerships team, the Curation Support Manager role will execute on inventory strategy for corporate gifting campaigns. Essential Responsibilities: Advance corporate gifting inventory by forming new supplier relationships Ensure gift catalogs are organized and effectively merchandised, identifying best gift options for each Gift Campaign Onboard and upload new products to the Loop system Compile images of products and descriptions of merchandise to build gift product listings Improve existing supplier relationships and drive new supplier / marketplace Monitor the corporate gifts marketplace & fully understand trends, gaps and opportunities in order to optimize gift product selections and supplier partnerships. Correspond with online customers via electronic mail, telephone, to address questions or complaints about products, policies, or shipping methods. Develop and revise business plans and strategy for our Corporate Gifting division Calculate revenue, sales, and expenses, using financial accounting or spreadsheet software to invoice our Corporate Gifting Clients. Research new supplier sources such as liquidators, wholesalers, or trade shows for new Corporate gifting options Calculate purchase subtotals, taxes, and shipping costs for submission to customers. Receive and process payments from customers, using electronic transaction services. Qualifications/Requirements: Proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (e.g Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Proficient knowledge and use of Google Suite (Sheets, Doc, Gmail, Slides, etc) Proficient knowledge and use of Tableau Proficient knowledge and use of Accounting Software (Invoiced.com) Bachelor's degree Desired Characteristics: Experience in Merchandising or Corporate Gifting IT proficient with advanced knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience using analytic tools such as google analytics is preferred but not essential. Exceptional organizational and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload and achieve deadlines. Strong written language skills with meticulous attention to detail. Confident, with the ability to work cross functionally. Highly analytical, commercially astute and numerate. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence stakeholders. Good communication skills, a proactive approach and a "can do" attitude. Customer first approach.
