Sterling Group, an award-winning property management developer, is seeking a Part Time Leasing Consultant for our apartment community, Aventine at Wilderness Hills Apartments, located in Lincoln, NE. This position is part time for up to 30 hours per week and Saturday hours from 10AM-4PM are required.
Our Part-Time Leasing Consultants are primarily responsible for the following:
Performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals
Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy
Generate and handle traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork and procedures
Assist with the company's on-going relationship with the residents throughout their tenancy
Led by the Leasing Manager, the Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities
Perform all the above and other related duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies
Don’t sell yourself short. Our Part-Time Leasing Consultants must have the following qualifications:
BA in Marketing preferred, High School Diploma or G.E.D required
Minimum 1 year experience in property management, retail services or sales desired
Valid Driver's License required
Minimum 1 year experience in property management, retail services or sales desired
Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Yardi Program knowledge is a plus
Excellent interpersonal relations, communicative skills and a customer-focused service orientation
Proficient reading, writing, mathematical and grammar skills
This position works up to 30 hours a week
Saturday hours are required from 10 AM - 4 PM
