Responsibilities/Duties:
- Answer, screen and return phone calls
- Maintain general office appearances, manage and order office supplies
- Set up and schedule meetings, and track events in Outlook Calendar
- Maintain Company Marketing Materials
- Assist with accounting data entry, filing, scanning and other tasks
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Schedule travel arrangements
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, multi-task, manage time and be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Great work ethic, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility & willingness to learn and tackle any task
- Must possess intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Creative Suite and Publisher, and be internet savvy.
- Prior experiences in Quick Books, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable is preferred
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience – Minimum 3 to 5 years of general office and/or administrative assistance duties
