Our client, a growing pharmaceutical marketing firm, is seeking an Office Assistant to join their team. Friendly, well-organized, and customer service-oriented candidates are encouraged to apply! Proper COVID precautions are in place in the office.

Salary/Rate:

$14/hr

Position Overview:

The Office Assistant will manage the relationships with clients, mainly healthcare professionals, provide information regarding their services and redirect calls to appropriate departments. This candidate must have strong follow-up skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to maintain a positive working relationship with customers! This is a full time role, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Office Assistant Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls, follow scripted messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments

Complete data entry in CRM systems

Listen and respond to customers needs and questions regarding services

Perform special projects and assignments as needed

Office Assistant Qualifications:

Strong customer focused approach and ability to communicate with customers over the phone

Previous experience building rapport with customers/clients over the phone

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience navigating multiple computer screens

1+ years working as an office assistant or customer service representative is preferred

Education Requirements:

Associate Degree is preferred, but not required
