Overcomers Counseling in Farmington, NM is looking for one counselor to join our 12 person strong group. We are located at 475 East 20th street Suite D. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, ethical and hard-working.ResponsibilitiesThis position requires a thorough understanding of making diagnosis, evaluating client needs, providing evidence based treatment and following policy and procedure. Case load will be heavy and intensive; up to 40 hours a week can be expected. In addition, supervision of intern and associate level therapists is preferred at some point however not required. QualificationsMasters level (or higher) Independent practitioner. Pay will be further determined based on qualification, licensure level and experience.
