Hiring Experienced Hibachi Chefs and Servers

Nakato Japanese Restaurant in the UNCC area is hiring experienced Teppanyaki(Hibachi) Chefs. Must have at least two years prior experience cooking on the Hibachi grill or in a full-service Japanese Restaurant.

Qualified full-time kitchen staff will earn salary plus tips. Medical and Dental insurance are offered to FT staff. Paid vacation and employee discounts also available.

We are also seeking applicants for servers with prior experience working in a full service restaurant. Must have good customer service skills and able to work if a fast pace setting.

Nakato Restaurant has been serving the Charlotte area since 1976.

We are looking for honest, energetic, motivated, and responsible people to join our staff. Must be a 'team player' and able to accept training and guidance. Professional and clean appearance is required to cook in the dining room in front of customers. Quality of food and cleanliness are top priorities when hiring kitchen staff but applicants must also be able to converse and entertain the customers.

Servers must have good communication and service skills. Hourly wage plus tips. Benefits are available for F/T staff.
